Website Redesign
The Problem:
Like many small christian non-profits, Apologia was stuck with a website that was mod podged together by anyone who had the general skill of updating a WordPress site.
This left for a million holes to plug in the sinking ship. User experience and content browsability was unsearchable, load speeds were out of this world, subscribers were accessing content that they were supposed to be paying, $30,000+ of outstanding funds because of incorrect payment gateway implimentation. ?
Original Design
The Solution:
Redesign the website using great user experience principles so that content was easy to find, a rebranding of the entire ministry, developed on a native platform that will allow for future growth and maintenance of current subscribers with a different payment gateway.
Wireframes
The Results:
$30,000/yr boost in rev of new subscribers at the beggining of relaunch, content is organized and searchable, load speeds for content went from 5 seconds to 1.5 seconds.
